I know it’s not the company fault when movers don’t show up. But I had scheduled a mover for 4pm and no one showed up. They tried to find someone else but those people also didn’t show up. I feel like it was a scam to get me to pay upfront before they even got a confirmation that a mover will actually arrive. A company should never take 50% until the workers arrive onsite first. They took 2 deposits from me and I had to cancel both due to the no show.

Hot Shot Movers did an amazing job! The team is punctual, professional, courteous, etc. They arrived early which shows great punctuality "being on time is actually late" 😉 Respectful gentlemen, Friendly, courteous and professionally focused on the task at hand, speaking fluently in both English and Spanish and maintaining appropriate conversation and behavior (this is especially important to me since my children were present) 👍🏻 SUPER strong and moved many huge heavy pieces of furniture into the house as well…

Adrian was super quick and efficient. We had to move a car from Orlando to Ohio and wow was he fast. He informed us of how the trip would go, and stayed in contact with us his whole trip. Definitely would use him again. And he was very affordable Thank you so much Adrian 🙂
Great clients great communication all around great with work they have a Details sorted out and not a scam.....
Did a job today the customer was only moving a armoire that was very heavy and taken apart became 2 pieces. His uaul was canceled and I luckily have a suv and heavy duty straps .we were able to strap it probably save customer uhaul fees get job done as a team safely and paid well for our time .just sharing today's great experience with doing this for HOT SHOT MOVERS .I've done other gigs for them I'm very happy and will continue to do work for them in the future :)
