Used this company for a last minute move since other companies were all booked up. 4 guys showed up on time and for the most part were very professional and worked hard on a hot summer day. I encouraged them to take breaks and told them to get lunch on the clock. once we arrived to my new location, a fairly new 85 inch TV that was packed and loaded into a box supplied by them was removed and part of the plastic casing snapped off. The piece was a couple inches long in the bottom left corner.
PLEASE HEED MY WARNING AND USE ANOTHER COMPANY! I am a REPEAT customer for this company and my second experience has been TERRIBLE! They took 7 hours to move a two bedroom apartment which was packed and ready to go. I had one additional stop for items to be unloaded at a storage facility (it was on the way to the final destination)which is not where the excess time came from. The 2 man team took 4 HOURS to load my apartment. This is absurd.

not at all satisfied ... they damaged our fridge, which i file under the "things happen " category. However when we pointed it out them they denied that they damaged it . and after 7 days of waiting for some kind of response they still have not recieved any sort of contact . I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN AND I SUGGEST YOU FIND SOME ONE ELSE TO HIRE IF YOU ARE PLANNING TO MOVE

Hi. Let’s start off by saying that we take theft allegations very seriously. We charge by the hour, when unloading into storage units we place into the unit as the items come out with heavy base pieces on the bottom, medium weight in the middle, and light and fragile items on top.

I cannot reccomend this moving company enough. We just used ironback movers for a full service move from Houston to San Fransisco. I interviewed about 6 moving companies and right away from talking with Abner I felt comfortable. Other moving companies were very persistent, trying to sell me, and seemed dishonest. Abner was very responsive and straight forward but did not contact me again after initial quote until I decided to go with him.
Iron-Back Movers sort of fell into my lap as we were planning our local home move, and they absolutely rocked it! Great and fair pricing, excellent upfront communication, and an easy process made it a good choice. On the day of the move, the crew arrived precisely on time, communicated brilliantly, worked hard, asked great questions, and had us in our home within half a day. Truly a fantastic experience from start to finish.
Extremely professional, punctual, and careful. The owner, Abner, personally supervised & assisted the loading, transportation, and then unloading. Delicate items were handled with extreme care. We had a cross-country move. Location of our stuff was shared the entire time. I would absolutely recommend this company & use them again in the future.
We had an excellent experience with the Tiger Group crew! They did an awesome job from start to finish — professional, efficient, and extremely accommodating. They took the time to help arrange the furniture exactly how we wanted and were happy to make adjustments. The whole move was smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend them!
