Anthony (apparently the owner) is the most RUDE and unprofessional person I've encountered in a business setting in a while. He does not deserve your hard earned dollars. And you do not deserve the headache and disarray he/Pack-it-Movers will cause you on your move-in/move-out day. He/Pack-it-Movers possesses absolutely zero organization, empathy for you valuables, or professionalism; anyone looking to move in the Houston area....please please do yourself and your valuables a favor and stay away from this…
Hired to move and store furniture and some appliances for months. Delivered my furniture and we discovered the refrigerator has several dents on the front and the sides. Contacted Henry with pack it movers and they will only give me .60 a pound after destroying the outside of the refrigerator. $2000 refrigerator and pack it movers wants to settle for a couple of hundred dollars and I still have to buy another refrigerator.
These people are thieves. They charge you for 2 hours before they use up your first hour. They say there will be a refund if they don't end up going into the next hour. Well I am still here and I got no refund. They keep giving me the run …
If I could give negative stars that would be my rating. Tony needs to learn professional curtosy and to listen. The movers came in like they were going to work. Only Francisco wanted to wait for directions. He carried clothes and had to be directed by us, Miguel and Rodney. Clearly marked boxes in wrong areas and fragile boxes with heavy boxes on top. Lazy unprofessional movers. Buyers beware. They also stop working until you pay them....running up another hour.
They were scheduled to move me between 1-3pm on a Sunday. I get a call around 2:30 that they would be unable to move me and I would need to reschedule. However, I would not be able to be accommodated the following day because they were booked and could not rearrange the schedule. Thus, I was left without movers and had to book an entirely new moving company. They were not helpful, did not offer any accommodations, or apologize for their mistake.
Scheduled to have movers come on Sunday between 9-11am, but they called and said they would be there between 1-3pm, then called at 2:45pm and said they would have to reschedule for the next day. Not good customer service. No one called to apologize or to see what happened.
Horrible moves. Totally unprofessional. I would give zero stars if it was an option. They said they could pack and move a 4 bedroom home and it was a totally disaster. The movers arrived and seemed clueless to what they were there for. …

I had a scheduled arrival window of 8:00 to 10:00 a.m., but it was later pushed back to 1:00 to 3:00 p.m., which was a bit frustrating. However, once the Pack It Movers team arrived, they were professional, efficient, and worked quickly to get everything packed. They handled my belongings with care and made the process much smoother than I expected. Despite the delay, I would use them again. Just keep in mind that the arrival window may vary, so it's a good idea to allow for some flexibility in your schedule.
Christian and Lou were beyond amazing helping us move our home. We moved from a 3 story 3 bedroom townhome into our new home and had 0 issues and 0 damages to our property and both homes once it was all said and done. Highly recommend using these guys anytime you are looking to move!
