Very unprofessional, late, damaged furniture missing pieces and also got aggressive in front my child. My appointment was for 11am but the movers did arrive until 1pm. They stopped in the middle of the move to get gas & break for over 40 minutes but was charging me per hour. The workers started complaining once they got to the drop off location that it was a 3 men job & too big of a job. Then one guy requested gas money for their moving truck in the middle of unloading.

Please do not, ever use this company EVER. 2 beds with headboard and footboard one sectional couch these items was disassembled . 1 large vase, 2 night stand and 2 dresser 1 refrigerator. Elevator was available from the move. From Waller to Tomball. 6 hours $640 later. Broken window, which they never took ownership of. Moved”furniture off truck and the only thing that was assembled back was the master bedroom bed. Wrong mattress was put on bed and glass from table was left at the apartment.

Unprofessional, quote is different than actual price. Had an issue previously where we keep telling that i wasn’t available. Then they decided to still move my stuff on 03JUN26 despite i rescheduled for 04JUN26. So Aaron agreed to provide me with 1 hour free but all i got was $50 refund which is much less than 1 hour free when i decided to give them another chance. The movers were not very professional. The speed was excellent but the care? Not so much.

I'll admit i have a lot of stuff, but 9 hours is excessive. One of the movers was chilling on the top of the stairs and also took his shoes off to be more comfortable or something. They took at least 1 roll of my tape, maybe 2. The oil from one of my boxes leaked onto at least 2 other boxes. They ripped a bag of cake boxes i moved previously without issue. I have a large shelving unit that they delivered in pieces, and it was in one piece when they took from the old house.

Worst moving experience! I moved my things from a storage unit to an apartment. First they were and hour late, when we were leaving the unit, the movers truck wouldn’t start, my boyfriend and I left and headed to our apartment while they figured it out. After about 40 minutes they told me they were on their way. Longer story short, the 2 men couldn’t bring my sofa up the stairs and broke my 1500 sofa.

They were slow and ran up the clock while putting stuff on the truck instead of coming right back to get other stuff. They spent a lot of time wrapping stuff that didn’t need to be wrapped in my opinion to run up the clock. It took them 5 hrs to load and unload a portion of my 2 bedroom apartment. I wouldn’t use them again. They broke the leg on my entertainment console too. And ripped a hole in my $2000 leather and mink coat.

The most unprofessional movers. They made the decision to send a 3 man crew when only a 2 man was approved. Especially disturbing since the third man did nothing but watch. They tried to charge more for the extra mover. On top of being an …
