If I could give zero stars, I would. I initially chose this company because of all of the excellent reviews. I’m not hard to please, I just expect companies to do what they say. It took me months to post my experience because I didn’t want to be “that guy” with the one star review in a sea of five star reviews. But… Terrible experience from start to finish. Will never use again. I moved less than half a mile away (literally around the corner).
Initially I was pleased with the speed, professionalism and efficiency displayed by the movers assigned to my move. However pieces of my bedroom set were damaged and it didn't seem like it was a big issue........to them anyway. And obviously not to Gilbert since he hasn't returned a phone call or text message. Edit: Gilbert has contacted me and we're working towards a resolution. He was even kind enough to send Angel and another gentleman to help me move the remainder of my things free of charge.

This was an absolutely horrible experience. I was charged $1117 for moving a one bedroom apartment just half a mile down the road (way more than quoted, and including ridiculous transportation and fuel charges), and I paid that amount to have my stuff damaged, my time wasted, and to do some of the work myself.

Beware: If you hire this company, closely supervise everything and do not assume you’re in trustworthy hands. What began as a promising experience turned into a deeply upsetting and costly situation.

This company has an excellent customer service experience. They were professional, prompt, hardworking and they treated my personal effect as if it was their own. They wrapped all my furniture and screws which were loose they took it upon themselves to tighten them. They set up and arranged my furniture where I wanted and constantly communicated with me regarding the set up. I gave them five stars but they deserve all and more.
I had an excellent experience with the moving team! Edwin, Israel, and the third team member were outstanding from start to finish. They arrived right on time at 9:00 AM, carefully loaded all of our belongings, drove from Houston to Katy, and unloaded everything at our new apartment—all within just 3 hours. What impressed me the most was their professionalism, efficiency, and care. They handled every box and piece of furniture with great attention, and not a single item was damaged during the move.
I initially learned about this company through social media. I subsequently arranged my relocation with Gilbert, who was highly accommodating regarding my preferred moving date. Edwin and his team delivered outstanding service, meticulously handling my furniture, ensuring all items were securely wrapped to prevent damage, disconnecting and reconnecting my adjustable bed frame, and expertly removing television mounts and a television from the wall.
I wanted to thank Houston Supreme movers for being so helpful and kind. I don’t like paying on line or through any links and they were ok with me paying the same day. Mr. Gilbert was nice enough to give me a discount as well. OMG those men that came and helped us move did not come to play, I apologize because I can’t remember their names . They were awesome, very polite, professional and very fast.
