The rating breakdown
Google shows 9 ratings for this business. Below twenty, a percentage swings too far on a single review to mean anything, so we don’t publish one. None of them are one or two star.

Counts as published by Google in its star breakdown, not the reviews we have read. Google also publishes a review count, which does not always match this total. Each row is rounded on its own, so the shares need not add to exactly 100%.
What satisfied customers point to
The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

In their own words
Rick is a total professional. He knows what he’s doing and is efficient as well as very personable. He single handedly moved our piano & showed extreme care in doing so. I have no hesitation in giving him 5 Stars!
Howard is the best piano mover very experenced be (years) and careful with instruments.
Over the years, I've used Rick for 4 piano moves. The most challenging was to move my 9'1" Concert Grand. He did that twice to single-story locations, but the most challenging by far was to the second story of my current Townhouse. Honestly, I didn't think it could be moved there and though I'd have to sell it. The top floor is multi-level so the move included 5 stairs. Watching my baby hanging from the crane was nail-biting enough. Watching it get maneuvered up those stairs was almost worse.
Rick was highly recommended to me by my piano tuner. In fact, he was the only one he told me to call and that I should use a mover that only moved pianos. Great recommendation. RIck was a pleasure to work with and I could tell he knew what he was doing. Everything went smoothly and uneventfully. As it should.
What Google’s own summary highlights
Google surfaces topics it finds across a business’s reviews. They skew positive across every mover we hold, so treat them as a summary of what this company is praised for rather than a balanced picture.
