The rating breakdown
Google shows 14 ratings for this business. Below twenty, a percentage swings too far on a single review to mean anything, so we don’t publish one. 1 of those is one or two star.
Google’s published star breakdown
| Rating | Distribution | Count | Share |
|---|---|---|---|
| 5 star | 13 | 92.9% | |
| 4 star | 0 | 0% | |
| 3 star | 0 | 0% | |
| 2 star | 1 | 7.1% | |
| 1 star | 0 | 0% |
Counts as published by Google in its star breakdown, not the reviews we have read. Google also publishes a review count, which does not always match this total. Each row is rounded on its own, so the shares need not add to exactly 100%.
What satisfied customers point to
The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

Counted across the 8 four and five star reviews we have read for Howes Brothers Piano Company. A review can mention more than one thing.
In their own words
Joe and Robert were friendly, knowledgeable, and professional, and they were priced so reasonably that no one else compared! They have mastered their skills and blew us away at being able to move our 1890's piano without any trouble. We not only recommend this company, but we will most definitely use them again. Thank you!!!
The owner of this place is a very fair and nice guy. He went out of his way to have his brother open the store for us on the weekend. We will be buying a Piano in the future as they have some very nice ones. We where amazed at the sound on some of them!
I love this company. They moved my piano and have tunes two of my piano. Both times they were friendly and very knowledgeable.
Thank You, We appreciate your review. Joe Howes
What Google’s own summary highlights
Google surfaces topics it finds across a business’s reviews. They skew positive across every mover we hold, so treat them as a summary of what this company is praised for rather than a balanced picture.
