Absolutely terrible customer service! I just got off the phone with Yvonne at I-5 Storage. My question was about the web rates and if they increase after the first month. She was incredibly unfriendly and gave me misinformation about the rate. She became even more rude as I was trying to understand what she was "reading from her paper" and what was listed online.
Confirmed the storage spot, spoke with a worker and they all gave me the green light for storing a dump trailer. I paid the full amount, signed the lease and when I show up they tell me that they do not allow any business vehicles. I specifically got it before purchasing the trailer and I had no where to park it after.
Extremely terrible customer service! New management the Manager Marquet terrible management skills .. I have been at this location over 15 years .. Moving everything out .. I highly recommend do not use this facility. The past people or owners before much better. Ignorance that’s all I can say about the manager.
I was locked out of my unit floor, and I’ve been waiting for 10 minutes for ms Lisa to get off the phone with her boss. The subject sounded important but it was ultimately work drama and I have work in a bit. I don’t typically speak up but I am about to right now

This is by far the most hypcritical facility managers that I have ever came in contact with ....at first it's a nice little sale, nice little layout ...almost feels to good to be true, once you pay then the true demons come out to play …
Very very unfriendly and forgetful staff. Feels like employees there read out information of a I-5 Storage bible provided to them and the managers say is the last say! Unemphatatic, disgusted service. Will never rent here again!

Online rental was so easy and the entire place is so neat and clean. I love the space and race car theme. The front desk staff was so helpful.
