One of the Worst Moving Experiences I've Ever Had!!!! I decided to try this company for the first time, hoping for a smooth and professional move but it was anything but. Not only were they unable to move all of my furniture, but the situation got worse when they were involved in a car accident during the move, something I witnessed firsthand. This caused a significant delay, and to make matters worse, some of the furniture they did manage to move arrived damaged.
Worst moving experience ever. I chose this company because they said they could move my piano along with everything else. I told them how tall it was and even sent them a picture, Mark said no problem. When the movers got to my apartment they said no way could they move my piano, too big, too heavy. So I had to hire a second mover!!!$$$!!! They claim there was a communication problem, really? The movers gave me attitude, they did a good amount of complaining. The experience was sloppy and unprofessional.
This company was recommended to me through the friend of a friend. I was told that they did a good job except that if I wanted/needed things wrapped to make sure I specified this when I contacted them. Even though I felt like that should be standard procedure for a moving company, I decided that it wasn’t that big a deal, and would still give them a call. I requested a quote online and received a callback very shortly thereafter. I had a detailed conversation with the representative who contacted me.
Reached out in late August SEVERAL times with ZERO response. Now that my move date is this week they won’t STOP calling my phone and sending me text messages to book their services. Obviously if you reach out over a dozen times nobody is interested in booking you!!! Take a hint The bottom line is, they will refuse to acknowledge you until they decide to do it too late, and then it’s just excessive. I have spam callers that bother me less than I Like To Move It Movers has.
Sorry for the inconvenience, during that time we were crossing over to our new system and implementing additional systems to help better manage our new and existing customers.
I called multiple times to get a quote on having a wood burning stove moved. They asked me to send pictures and I did. They just ignored me and never followed up. I would’ve understood if they couldn’t do it or just didn’t want to. Unprofessional in my opinion- maybe other people have a different experience.
Oh Nooo!! we are sorry this happened, we have improved our systems and staffing to make sure each one of our customers and future potential customers receive the service they need, when they need it!

I had a wonderful experience with this company! All three of the employees were very efficient and they were careful with my belongings/furniture. They had a very methodical approach when it was time to load up the truck which relieved a lot of stress. They were kind and friendly as well. I would definitely recommend hiring them to help with a big move!
These guys were absolutely amazing!!!!! Seriously, they showed up right on time, and just halled but, very well coordinated, great attention to instructions, and the best part was they’re rate was so affordable, I would recommend these guys first choice every time. Thanks and Mark and your crew, you guys are the best!
5 STARS! Great communication from the office staff and shear determination from Chuck and Ray (the movers). Going up a narrow flight of stairs with large furniture was no easy task but they got the job done. Thanks Again!
Such a great and easy experience! The two guys who came to move my stuff worked so hard and so fast! They were so kind and easy to work with if any issues came up. Smooth booking process, payment process, and everything in between. Would highly recommend these guys and will be using them again in the future!
