I would give these people ZERO stars if I could!!!!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!!! I recently made arrangements with these people to move my belongings from my old apartment at City Center to a townhouse on the Fort Eustis Army base. Two days later I realized that I was missing a king-sized SharkNinja air fryer I had previously purchased at WalMart.
These clowns never showed up!! Dodged all my texts and calls until I finally canceled my reservation. We waited 3 hours, they never even had the common courtesy to respond to text or phone calls. I'm a disabled veteran and had to load a 26' truck by myself. Reserve these clowns if you wish, just know they will probably leave you stranded on move day. FYI, this is the first review I've ever left online. That's how bad these people are.

If I could give them zero stars I would. We confirmed all details the day before thought they would show up between the time range we agreed upon which was between 10:30 and 11. The manager reached out stating his crew couldn’t get ahold of us which was odd since he was able to get ahold of us… we told him we haven’t received any calls or texts from anyone but him. He stated he was going to figure out what was going on so give him a moment.

TLDR: Hire anyone else, you'll be thrilled you did. Hired I MOVE U from the Uhaul website to move an 1 br apartment for two hours. The window of arrival for an afternoon move, according to the owner, is from 12-6, and they can show up at any point during that window, or later, or, as in my case: not at all! The owner would respond to my texts after half an hour or an hour, but never answered the phone. We ended up moving everything by ourselves in the rain. I would give zero stars if I could.

Tony was a horrible worker . I would not recommend. All he want is money ! & begs for it from his clients . Pitiful. Also , they adjust their reviews and pick / choose which ones stays.
None of this is available.....they don't cut grass, remove leaves or even cut shrubs.....I had to cut back branches to get to my car

I MOVE U LLC did an outstanding job with my move. The movers were extremely respectful and handled all my furniture with care. I had everything staged in the garage, and they quickly loaded it into the truck with a clear system and order. They used protective blankets on my mattresses and made sure everything was secured properly. Unloading was just as fast, and they asked where I wanted each item placed so nothing ended up in the wrong room.
The gentlemen that can out to assist me with my move were very professional, punctual, and patient. The were very attentive and loaded the truck just as I requested. Not only would I use them again, but I would recommend them to anyone looking for quality moving service.
These people were absolutely amazing! They were able to book me for a move basically the day of! Everyone was on time and had me and my apartment moved in under two hours. I would recommend this company to anyone who asked! Thank you so much for a job well done!
