I used this company and yes they are fast but not careful. They damaged my furniture and did not take accountability for what they did. After speaking with Tim about the damage he basically refuse to do anything about it. I should have known better when he asked me and my family to post a review before finishing the job, which I normally don’t do and this being the reason why. So use this company with caution. It sucks that I paid them for the move and had to buy new furniture for me and my son.
Ms. McKBrown, I hope all is well. We at Icon Moving and Packing take pride in our work and we really appreciate customer feedback. I do want to address your accusation of damaged furniture.

The team arrived on time, handled all my belongings with great care, and worked efficiently throughout the move. They were courteous, respectful, and clearly experienced — even with the heavy and fragile items. What really stood out was their attention to detail and commitment to making sure everything arrived safely and was placed exactly where I wanted it.
Wonderful moving company! I would highly recommend Icon Moving & Packing. Everyone was super kind, respectful and very professional. The owner was communicative and listened to all of our needs. His staff were all extremely hard working and handled all of our boxes and furniture with care. This is literally the best moving company I’ve ever experienced. Reasonable pricing as well.

I would like to share my experience with icon moving and packaging. Normally I don’t write reviews, but in this case…I had too! I could not have asked or located a better moving company!! Mr. Tim and his crew were on time, “STRONG” and very professional, not to mention reasonable!! For me, hands down the very best!! Trust and believe, this is no exaggeration!! I’ve moved on two other occasions and the moving companies were not this professional or pay attention to details!
Tim and his crew took care of our move in a very timely manner. My husband and I didn’t have any help trying to get our things packed up and ready to move. We went to U-Haul to get a truck and my spotted a stack of Tim’s business cards, they suggested that we call him so he put it in his wallet. We returned to our old address to continue gathering our things. My husband said let me see if I can give this guy a call and see how this works.
