**Caution to Future Customers** I have previously used 2menTruck on three occasions, but my most recent experience has been incredibly disappointing and far from the quality of service I once received. The team that handled my move was poorly trained and appeared unprepared. I don’t know of anywhere in the DFW metroplex that it takes 2 hrs to get to but my move clock started at 8am and they didn’t show up to my condo until 9:58am.

What an absolute nightmare with Two Men and a Truck. We paid nearly $10K for our move and they damaged our new furniture. Because the damage amount is lower than the deductible, they think they are not responsible to pay for the damage THEY caused. We paid a premium and expected a premium experience. Two Men failed to meet those expectations. I hope any prospective customers heed this warning and take their hype about being trusted with a grain of salt.
Hard working movers. Good communicators until they break something. Poor help when they broke my TV. Offered $5/LB for a LED TV (State minimum). Broken TV effectively doubled the cost of my move considering I now need a new TV. Beware the cost of the move may be more than what they charge you.
