What satisfied customers point to
The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

In their own words
We hired Idaho Premier Moving for moving services to pre-weigh at CAT Scales, load, re-weigh, move to a new residence within the same neighborhood, and unload, same-day. By far, this was the most professional and pleasant moving experience we've had of our 4 moves as a military family. Brandon (x2) and Allen were professional, responsive, and a pleasure to have. They were prompt, arrived on-time early in the morning, efficient, flexible and accommodating.
Thanks Alex for trusting Idaho Premier Moving with this project. Congrats again on the beautiful home. Thank you for your service.
Out of state move. Brandon & his crew are well organized and get the job done while minimizing the stress & anxiety. I only needed to be focused on getting to my new destination. He kept in contact with questions, time frames, etc. Well packed, nothing broken. Reasonable pricing. I just wish he lived here in my new state, I would hire him and crew again in a heartbeat. Honest young business man which you don't see much anymore. They are the best. Thanks again, Brandon!
I've used Brandon & Curtis a number of times to help us move elderly people in our church and for other special situations that have come up. They've always been great! They're really hard workers, extremely dependable, and are much less expensive than other movers. In addition, they work with a lot of integrity, treat their customers very nicely and do extra services for people.
I want to leave a review. We are amazed at the wonderful men you have working for you and the integrity and accountability that was evident. We will definitely utilize your company with our next move in about 9 months. On a scale of one to five I give you a six!! No complaints from workers, they were flexible (we had items going into forever storage, some storage until new house is built and items to a family members house). Brandon and Derek continued with caring values and stayed focused.
This is the experience we strive for, at IPM and we thank you as a company for leaving us your feedback.
