The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

In their own words
Great service! We requested 3 movers for a 1-bedroom given the amount of furniture and items (had enough stuff to count as a 2 bedroom), plus knowing the moving truck would have to be parked relatively far away, and in busy areas. The team arrived on time (I was able to confirm by phone, and received email confirmation) and was fully prepared to handle our moving and packing needs. They worked seamlessly together and communicated effectively with me and my partner as we continued packing.
We booked Impel Moving after talking with Adam and discussing how we were moving from our home into storage pods as we were planning a long distance move after a long vacation. Adam was great explaining all the details during the booking process and what we could expect on our moving days. Fast forward to the day and our moving team showed up on time and ready to go. We booked full packing services and the guys jumped right in and got going on packing everything in a super professional manner.
Andrew, thank you so much for the amazing and detailed review. We are very happy to hear that Adam was able to explain the process clearly and help make the planning easier for your move and storage needs.
I can't say enough good things about Impel Moving! From start to finish, they made what is usually a stressful event feel completely manageable and smooth. First off, they were punctual—they arrived exactly on time, ready to work and with a positive attitude. The team was incredibly careful with all of my belongings. They took the time to properly wrap and protect every piece of furniture, and I didn't find a single scratch or ding on anything after unpacking.
Ivan, we greatly appreciate your detailed feedback. It’s wonderful to know that our team’s punctuality, care, and efficiency met your expectations, and that you found our pricing transparent and fair.
I was so happy that I decided on Impel Moving out of all the moving choices available to me in the San Francisco Bay Area. During my initial web search, their reviews really stood out, and now I know why. It was a pleasure meeting Dennis the owner, who traveled some distance to give me an estimate in person. Then the actual moving team of Ivan, Eugene, and Alihan were just delightful: so pleasant, respectful, careful, and on task 100% of the time. It could not have gone better from start to finish.
