Terrible experience. Unprepared, damaged my vehicle, took no accountability. Charged me $600 over and above, misrepresents travel time and did not refund labor charged due lack of preparation even after admitting they overcharged us. I would not trust this company in any manner with a move of any considerable size. Damaged multiple items in my home, damaged a wall in the home we moved into and failed to move all the items in my house. Dented my appliances as well.

The company provided moving services for a house 7 days ago and has left a voicemail claiming there has been a “theft of service” and is threatening to go to “court with multiple court fees,” etc. over a $800 balance that there simply hasn’t been time to get to. The company’s own representative provided assurance that the payment had been submitted, in person, the day of the move. The company left 1 prior voicemail about the balance.

We used them a couple of years ago and had really good experience. So we decided to use them again. Worst experience ever. When we called they told us they were going to have extra hours available for us just in case. We put in our moving information online but nobody called or emailed. We left a voicemail but nobody called us back. We finally got to talk to them few days before our moving and they didn’t even have our moving scheduled. They told us they just processed and we were good to go after we paid.

This is my first review ever. Recently used them for a scheduled 3–6 pm load. The crew members themselves were polite and respectful. One mover was late, but that wasn’t my main issue. The problem was how the job was handled overall in scheduling and execution. I had multiple documented conversations in advance with the company, clearly stating that the move would require 3–4 hours, disassembly, and protection of items.
I have to sadly change my review after closer inspection. They didn’t connect the correct hose to the washer they moved and water ended up everywhere. They damaged my $4000 murphy bed upon uninstalling it and moving it. They claimed they would repair it but after they were paid and left I have received no further communication from them.

Ki and Jessie were great! Very professional, prompt, careful and courteous. They packed everything perfectly. There were about 2 inches of room between my boxes and the slide down door of my 15 ft U-Haul :) He must have grown up playing Tetris, because my boxes/sofas/mattress/tables/televisions fit perfectly. If I had done the move, I would have needed a bigger truck because I would not have come close to their efficient placement of all of my stuff. Would absolutely use them again and HIGHLY recommend !

So happy to have found In & Out No Doubt, LLC to assist with emptying the 16' POD in our driveway. Quentin and Jordan arrived on time and were very pleasant and professional to work with. I got a chuckle when Quentin told me I was only allowed to help them carry something that weighed less that a paperclip. I was billed as quoted with no extra charges. As a reference point, we had a previous POD unloaded by a company out of Dallas, which cost us 3 times as much.

When you want things done RIGHT…In and Out No Doubt should be your first call! If I could sum it up in one word, that would be “QUALITY”. From the initial contact and booking to the actual move, this company was 1st class and provided a Quality moving experience that was beyond my expectation. Kylee Davis and Sheryl Stephens were kind and knowledgeable. Explaining exactly what methods are used for the packing and assisting with scheduling for convenience.
