8 of the 45 ratings in Google’s published star breakdown for Innovative Moving Systems, Inc. are one or two star.
Worked out from 45 ratings. That is enough to publish but few enough that one more review moves it noticeably, so read it as a hint rather than a measurement.

In their own words
This place has a location at 215 Rossmoor Rd SW also in Albuquerque, NM that they don’t really attend to for truck drivers! They don’t care if you have an appointment and show up to the facility when they feel like it to get you unloaded! I arrived at 8am to check in and they didn’t arrive to the facility until 11am where they began to unload another truck first. They didn’t begin to unload my trailer until 1245pm and I was finally out by 2pm. This place is ridiculous and doesn’t care about truck driver’s time!
We're very sorry to hear about your experience, Andrew. This is not reflective of the service standards we strive for and we appreciate your feedback so that we may address this issue with our team.
The person up front was great! But who ever is in charge of the warehouse really makes you feel like your wasting there time and hustle I'm sadly gonna have to tell everyone i know not to do business with this company.
Jacob, We are truly sorry to hear that you were unhappy with your experience. Please know that your feedback is important to us, and we are committed to addressing your concerns and improving wherever possible.

The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

In their own words
I recently used this crew for a military office installation. The team was very responsive, highly professional, extremely efficient and finished ahead of schedule. I cannot say enough good things about this team and their crew. My customer was also highly impressed and appreciative. If only these guys were nationwide! Would recommend. Would use again.
Thomas - we appreciate your kind words. We were also impressed with your people and enjoyed working with you. Thank you for your business and we hope to work with you more in the future.
Our company utilized Innovative Moving Systems for our recent office move. Although we are small office of just 8 employees, there were a lot of moving pieces to be coordinated for our relocation. Wayne and his crew were extremely helpful from start to finish. A week before our scheduled pack up date, they provided the supplies and materials to pack up our office, including reusable bins, newsprint material for padding and dollies.
Stefanie, thank you so much for your kind words. Our team really enjoyed working with you. We hope you love your new offices!

We worked with Innovative Moving Systems to relocate our company offices and lab from Albuquerque, NM to San Diego, CA. The team was professional and on time. They did a great job packing everything requested, coordinated the interstate moving van and a team on the other end to do the unload. Overall, we were very satisfied with the level of service and experience. Great job!
Erika, thank you so much for your kind words. We enjoyed working with your team as well!
