The rating breakdown
1 of the 41 ratings in Google’s published star breakdown for Integrity Piano Moving Services are one or two star.
Worked out from 41 ratings. That is enough to publish but few enough that one more review moves it noticeably, so read it as a hint rather than a measurement.
Against other movers in Kent
3.2 percentage points lower than the middle of the 17 movers in Kent we can publish a rate for.

In their own words
If I could give ten stars I would. I had never had a piano moved and recently inherited the family piano. Integrity was the only team to even reply to me, and were able to fit me into a cancellation spot. The communication from Alan was amazing, I was never left wondering if they were close or where they were. They were incredibly quick and efficient, while protecting the fragility and delicate nature of the old piano. It arrived at my home quickly and they were able to get it in fairly easily.
Alan is simply the best. He was responsive and very professional. He showed up right on time and took the time to get the job done right. The move of our grand piano was seamless. Alan is very knowledgeable about pianos and how to best protect them. There was not a single new scrach on our high gloss grand after the move. I am so glad I hired them to move my piano.
I highly recommend Integrity Piano Moving Service! They were so fast and efficient, and Alan is very kind and responsive. I appreciated their help and expertise in moving a family piano to my house. Also, their pricing was better than other piano moving companies I called. I can't thank them enough!
Alan and Sue are amazing! They are responsive, professional, communicative, friendly, efficient and knowledgeable and take great pride in the care that they take for each customer. We have used INTEGRITY twice to move baby grand pianos...repeat customer says it all. 👍😊
