I contacted this business for a small move of a China cabinet within Kelowna. After submitting the details and photos by text messaging as requested, I was told that he will follow up later in the day with a quote and time of move. When no follow up occurred that day, I sent a second text inquiring about my first text. Again no response. I do not recommend this company. They are not professional in dealing with potential clients.
Sorry to hear about your experience Janos. While we strive very hard to reply to our customers the same business day sometimes it takes longer due to scheduling and work related time issues.

We had such a great experience using Interior Moving Service! Dan and his team were not only extremely professional, skilled, punctual, efficient and amazing value for money but they are also genuinely lovely people! They were so skilled at filling our 20ft container perfectly so that all our belongings were safe and protected and nothing moved around in transit. We would recommend Dan and his team to anyone and will definitely use them again in the future!

Interior Moving Services was the absolute best part (other than the new house) of our move. Dan was so prompt replying to emails & actually answered his phone when I called (I think he was the only one out of 6 other moving companies)! They also happened to be very affordable. When the day came to actually move, Dan (owner) & Sean, communicated their arrival time with me, showed up promptly with big smiles & ready to work. They were very kind and we enjoyed our conversations with them.

Dan and his partner where great to work with. Before the job started we had set out a time and price and they where there right on time and are very reasonable value wise. They are extremely hard working and don’t stop working, they arrived at my apartment and after a 2 min assessment went right to work and didn’t stop. I recommend them to anyone and will definitely be using them again! Thanks again fellas!

Right from my first conversion with Daniel I was happy with his professional and friendly manner. Always returned calls promptly. Daniel reviewed the amount prior to the move and thank god he convinced me to take a storage unit prior to moving day as he did not feel I would be able to move going from 4 bedrooms to condo with all my stuff even after 5 trucks of purging. He was so right. John and Shaun worked steady for 11 hours stopping only for drinks. Two trips nothing broken, or scratched or lost.
