Worst customer service EVER and multiple incidents of mice/rodent infestations that have soiled and ruined our items in storage!!! Avoid at all costs!! Most recent issue is the manager taking off for days at time and nobody available to cover or address issues. I work for a small company that gets paid on the 5th and 20th of each month, and we had a payroll glitch that delayed our direct deposit for 2 days and they 'overlocked' my unit.
Beware: Predatory Management at Pearson Field Iron Gate Storage I am compelled to share my experience with Iron Gate Storage at Pearson Field in Vancouver, Washington, in the hope of alerting potential customers to the predatory behaviors exhibited by the management, particularly a manager named Edwin. During my year-long tenure at this facility, I consistently encountered unsettling actions from Edwin.
If I could give -5 stars I would. First of all there's a meth head asking people for furniture, INSIDE the facility right now. Yes, Tim, really classy. Three times, 3 times, to be clear, we were denied access to our storage spaces due to the management's inability to do the paperwork correctly to charge a card. Or for the security code to work. At great expense we fired them and moved out of two storages and cancelled the third space we were going to use. This is how badly the place is run.
Yea do you guys a favor and DO NOT rent in this place it's been almost a 2 weeks since there was a leak in my unit. Thankfully a week later they moved the rest of my things to another unit. But still that means I have been without a bed for that long. I sent them every thing they needed and barely last night sent everything that mean that I have to wait another 10 days. All bullshit

Edwin, the manager, is very friendly, professional and efficient. I've rented storage units here on more than one occasion and he makes the process quick and painless. The office is always extremely neat and tidy and the same for the storage units. Would not go anywhere else. Thank you!

For many years, our non profit rented a unit at this facility. The property was always clean and attended to. Our valuables always felt secure and safe. The processes for payments and communication with staff always felt easy and professional. Thank you for many years of great service!

Very prompt and courteous response to our phone inquiry. Dave is very sincere about wanting to give great customer service, and he does. Very clean and secure. I would recommend this facility and staff.
Great process overall from online to in person. Chat associate was very helpful online, and then when checking in the physical office, the associate was super helpful as well. She escorted me in the building and explained everything in detail on process of entry both in the lot and building, app access and instruction, and complete introduction to the unit as well as pointing out the location of the restroom.
