Miracle Man Movers

They will not answer your calls or respond to texts. I tried to reschedule 1.5 weeks before and never heard from them so I assumed the schedule was the same. Day of, I got a text saying it was ok to cancel. I called 15 times to say it was far too late to cancel before getting a callback. This was after my scheduled time had already come and gone. They had already changed their schedules and pushed me out 3 hrs.

I had a one piece slate pool table moved. These guys were rockstars! They had 3 gentlemen assisting with the move, ensured that my table was properly handled during the disassemble and the move to new destination. I would recommend them in the future! Even Meghan who corresponded with me leading up to the move was excellent. Great company and very happy! Edit 2026 experience: tried to use them again for my pool table and full house move in 2026 and was extremely let down.

DO NOT USE MIRACLE MAN SERVICES. Terrible experience. Chris canceled my move the day of and promised a refund, but it’s been nearly 4 weeks with nothing returned. I’ve called, emailed, and left messages repeatedly with no response. This company is dishonest and completely unprofessional—do not trust them with your time or money. This is a scam of a business.

Movers Great, Company Shady While the moving crew performed their duties professionally, my overall experience with this company has been unacceptable due to a serious failure to resolve an insurance claim. During the move, the movers caused significant damage to a high-end refrigerator. At the time of service, the company represented that they were insured and that any damage would be addressed promptly through their claims process.

🚨 DO NOT USE MIRACLE MAN SERVICES 🚨 This is not a legitimate company — it is a scam operation run by Chris and Anna. They are outright thieves who take your money, never provide the services promised, and never return a single dollar. They refuse to answer calls, deliberately screen and ignore messages, and completely disregard emails. They hide, avoid accountability, and show zero professionalism or integrity.

DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY I scheduled with this company a few weeks back on March 12th. A couple days before my move I tried reaching out to get the time to when my movers will arrive. I have called their office OVER 20 TIMES and left MULTIPLE EMAILS!!! With absolutely no response!! Luckily I paid my deposit with my CC so I reported the charge as fraud to get my money back!

READ THE REVIEWS!!! These guys showed up hours late with inadequate equipment for the move they bid on. They did significant damage to the property and now refuse to return calls to remedy the situation. Have had to file a claim in small claims court. Watch out, these guys are crooks! I will update as this situation evolves.

Do not pay in full for the 10% discount unless you are certain of the time and work power that is required and available. 3 people showed up instead of the scheduled 4, and the job took less time than anticipated. I still have not received a refund 9 months later and the amount owed is more than the 10% saved.
