The owner here has definitely been displaying some form of mental illness towards me and the way he approaches me on public property has begun to make me feel harassed. If I were a potential customer, I would have concerns about the safety of my belongings here where they require you to carry insurance rather than they provide security. Also, the price per size of storage units is subpar.

Just received a notice that my monthly rent was increasing almost $100 per month to $455. Even though it is close in proximity it doesnt now feel worth the value. There are others also close in proximity. Going to start looking for an alternative.

As a woman, I don’t safe going to the storage after hours especially after dark. I saw a vehicle parked in front of my storage and I just left. It looked like a homeless vehicle.

My dad needed a storage unit rented out because his place is to small for all his things. He tried finding one online while I was at work and when I was getting off work there was a lady on the phone with my dad and was so patient with him struggling with his email on his phone and trying to get everything done online and he isn't great with online! Once we got it set up online we got to the storage and they had a map and a lock and keys in a little welcome bag ready to go !

Dolores was very friendly and engaging and she is perhaps the biggest reason, other than rental price, I signed up for a unit here. My only suggestion is to make a restroom open to the public here. People need ready access to facilities when moving storage unit items! That's why I gave 4 stars and not five.

Kim was great! Good deal for first month. High price on regular month though. May have to see if it’s worth keeping. Facility is nice! I like that carts are always available. But no bathroom is crazy! You can at least have a Porta Potty outside! This is a main reason why I will consider keeping storage in future or not! I understand that some people do not treat restrooms correctly, but let’s not punish the good people because of some bad eggs! Also, I love that you have a vending machine option.

Delores took care of all my concerns in-person (I already had a lock from previous storage, my own insurance etc), she was great and has a lot of experience and knowledge. The facility is clean, easy to move things because of the carts provided, and the key card is a nice touch. Just very happy overall. I actually have already recommended to a friend who is using the facility next door. Thanks Delores!
