WARNING This review contains the truth of a company that has nice personnel on surface level but bad actual workers. The guys packed our stuff in their wardrobe boxes without getting confirmation to use them when we had tons of boxes they could have used. One of the guys told us that if they used a couple of their company logo boxes but removed the stuff from them after we moved we wouldn’t get charged for the use but we never actually said to use use them.
Friend used for cross country. Half of the merchandise was stolen and the rest of it was broken. These are fraudsters I would stay away. She is following a police report and with BBB
Avoid this company! It was bait and switch for us! Want your furniture? Pay another $900 ! I called the company and they said it was due to extra crating (there wasn't any) and extra weight, of which there was none. They broke the marble on the top of our nightstand with no reimbursement. They lost the small plastic spacers for our glass dining table. We specifically pointed these out to the crew that packed our belongings. The crew at our new house didn't know anything about it.
The unloading people very bad , lazy and the mangers Roman also talking very bad pls don’t pick up load for this company you going to wasting your time they have very slow people working loading and unloading when you park on door if you go inside and look them only they start work otherwise you just wait full day and they talk own language each whatever tham mother language and just laf so again don’t pick up load from this houston location management not good I check in 2 pm and until 6.30 pm only unloading half…
Everyone I spoke with on the phone was so kind and helpful. The movers were very nice. However, they asked for us to buy them lunch which we did. Also asked to get water/ice out of my brand new fridge. Of course we let them. Just kinda rubbed us the wrong way. Several items were broken/ damaged when I unboxed them. I had several pieces of furniture with chunks out of them. They were terrible with being gentle with things. They were good about not damaging my walls or floors though.
Hi Molly, I am sorry that this was your experience. As I recall we delivered your goods over 6 weeks ago. We delivered into a garage as your home was still under construction. Perhaps these damages happened when you moved the furniture into the home.
Be aware, be very aware of these guys. They will lie, they will low-ball, they will invent conversations and people, anything to get your money. Especially their Robert Arrowsmith: he called with lies and fake deals and when we told him we will complain, he hung up - two minutes later he was no longer in his office to respond to his emails!!
I would definitely avoid this company. They broke several pieces of furniture by either handling them unnecessarily rough or sheer incompetence. They then walked away from having any responsibility for what they broke. The combination of being both incompetent and crooked makes them a terrible contractor.
Very unprofessional. One of their trucks was blocking a major street and cars were lined up behind me. Called in to report it spoke with Kay who was extremely caddy and rude. When i told these boys they were blocking the street and needed to move they just waved at me . Very unprofessional.

In their own words
I hired a local senior move manager for my parents' move, and Isaac's Moving was the partner moving company. This was a complex, cross country move with four delivery locations. I interviewed two move managers, two moving companies and six former customers. The initial consultation with the move manager and Isaac's occurred in March 2019, but move day didn't occur until late August (the busiest tie of year for move managers/moving companies!). Ethan, Rob and Greg were the team members I worked with.

Very professional team of movers. They took great care packing my paintings and helped me when I asked for assistance. Team arrived on time and worked efficiently. I have moved 3 times in the last 5 years, each time I hired Isaacs. I highly recommend them! Great price and excellent work with both loading and unloading.

Had a very good experience with this company. Moved from a one bedroom apartment in City Centre to a house in Katy that was 30 minutes away. Contacted them and spoke with Ethan M. who answered all of my questions and didn’t charge any of these extra fees that you see with other moving companies. My move was relatively quick since I moved most of the boxes myself prior to them coming. All that was left was some heavier furniture and some straggling boxes.

We hired Isaac's Moving & Storage to help with our company's building move to a new facility. From the beginning of our experience, everything went very smoothly. Sara came out and gave us a quote and was completely un-phased by the amount of unknowns at that early stage. We asked her to follow up as we got closer to move date and she did! She had incredible patience with us and we really appreciated her efforts. On move day, Jesse and his team were incredible!
