Missing several items from my delivery in Spanish Fort. A dog kennel, and a few other products. The owner was not interested in helping to solve the problem. Just "report it to the insurers" and go on his merry way. The movers were hard workers, though. The one young man was polite and respectful the entire time.
We are sorry some of your items were not in your military househould crates and were missing when we delivered your shipment. The military requires the customer to file a claim with them since we (destination services) are not responsible for missing items, due to the fact that we did not pack your…

J&W Moving and Storage moved me from Ozark to Mobile and it has been the best experience ever. I also chose them two weeks ago to move me again, from the storage to my new home in Mobile. In the first move, we started in Ozark in the morning, and ended at the storage in Mobile the day after. During the night, the truck was kept in a climate control facility with no additional charges. They arranged everything in the storage in such a professional way, and worked so fast!

An absolute 5-Star experience. I have contracted moving labor countless times. Usually this comes with the anxiety of wondering whether the services will be timely, prepared, and professional. If I can get 2 out of those three I am pleased. I was beside myself when receiving all 3-with J&W. I have never not had to coach the movers. Kevin came prepared with the experience and equipment to get the job done. These are the people you need to hire.
