Hired them to do a move. Confirmed several times the time that they would arrive. They did not arrive at the time we tried reaching out to Jerome multiple times finally got back with us and said they were running late although we were supposed to be between 7 and 9 AM. Said they would be there within an hour and a half. They no showed again called multiple times even texted Jerome. No response had to find a last-minute mover to get out of the apartment so we would not be charged.

Literally the worst company I have ever worked with. I am in the process of filing a complaint against them as they took my $100 deposit and never showed up for the move. They turned what was already a stressful day into something horrific. Was given the run-around on the phone (truck broke down, running late, call this person instead, they'll be here in 20 minutes) until they finally just stopped answering the phone all together. I have a signed contract with them and expect a full refund of my deposit.

Called for a move from outside of Fort drum onto fort drum. Scheduled it. Two days prior to the move they canceled saying they can’t do moves on to the base. Only told us that because we were blowing up their phone trying to get a confirmation. He kept saying it’s his boss saying no to this & wouldn’t let us talk to the “boss”. Extremely unprofessional to say they will do a move & cancel two days prior. If we didn’t reach out they prolly wouldn’t of even called or anything. Would NOT recommend.

TERRIBLE moving company. I was scheduled for help with my move between 12-4pm the other day. Called and text the person in charge and didn’t get a response until 5pm. At 5pm, the person in charge informed me that his crew was running late and assured me that they would either call and or come to my origin shortly. I still had not heard anything at 7pm and decided to call the gentleman in charge again. At this point the guy’s phone went directly to voicemail.

Worst moving experience in my life. First, they came up exactly after 13 hours later without any notice, which means I kept calling to find out what was going on and had to just wait for 12 hours. I was really about to hire the lawyer. Second, they came up with Uhaul truck, and the truck was too small. Third, they broke some furniture, and after I mentioned it, they never responded. I totally agree with other reviews that gave one star, and after this, I will always check the reviews when I have to hire someone.

This is being posted as a requirement for a promotional discount. Movers were late by 45 minutes. They came unprepared for a full-service move, which I specifically requested. The head guy had to leave halfway through loading the truck to get more supplies, and even at that they ran out. We requested that our things be protected and packed a certain way, but instead of "yes sir and ma'am," we were told that "I have 15 years of moving experience and I know what I'm doing," yet there were still dings on a few pieces…

Horrible experience. They showed up later then scheduled without notice, I called before to confirm and the owner assured they would be there. Upon arrival they were all already frazzled and exhausted from their prior booking. Due to their lack of energy, they were not able to move efficiently, damaged property along the way, and became frustrated with their collogues and degraded them repeatedly in front of everyone. It was not a pleasant experience. I think poor management may have been the core cause of this.

They arrived well into the evening, which left me waiting and wasting an entire day. Everyone was very courteous and polite. However, they did end up damaging my brand new TV due to lack of proper protection procedures. They came in a small uhaul truck that was highly inaduaduquate for hauling the 3 bedroom home I specifically detailed when contacting them for a quote. This move left me with a broken TV and having to rent a uhaul myself to finish the job I hired them for....
