Jack Rabbit Express Delivery and Transportation

1 box of my things was taken.. some things I can not find and I live alone so I know what I got.. of course the company will defend their employees meanwhile..your stuff still missing. They can have a attitude all they want because thats the most they can do but my stuff still missing. Also, My wooden floor was scratched with my couch because the 2 movers scooting it on a wooden floor. Thr 2 movers I got can't read passed 5th grade level because who pushed furniture on a wooden floor to scratch it up..

UPDATE AFTER JACK RABBIT DOES NOT TAKE ACCOUNTABILITY!!!! which is by far irrelevant information, but i booked with them may 31st at 8:37 PM, They have a cancellation or rescheduling policy that does allow you to reschedule with I did utilize because the home i was supposed to move into that day was in terrible condition. I called then texted the moving company june 1st at 1:59 PM to tell them i had to hold off on a move out date.

This company didn’t get everything they promised to the new home, left several large items behind. They wrapped my furniture and appliances in black saran wrap only which I didn’t notice until unloading and things were broken. Several of my furniture items and a statue were broken and damaged including rips on my leather sectional. They the doors to my stainless steel fridge in the floor of the truck with no wrapping at all.

The guy who makes schedules and quotes is not good at all. I'd mind if it didn't cost me money. The movers were fine and polite, but I wish they had sent me 2 guys who both knew how to disassemble and assemble things, not one doing all the disassembly while the other didn't know what to do. The guy who scheduled didn't let the mover know about installing the TV wall mounts or hooking the washer and dryer back up. Even though I asked specifically about it while I was shopping for quotes.

I was told that they would hook up everything for my washer and dryer, except for the gas. I was told that there was no drain hose for my washer so I needed to go buy one and hook it up. 3 weeks later ge has to come out and look at my washer and the hose was in my unit and needed to be pulled out and placed in the drain. Since this was not installed correctly the motor put 4 holes in my hose and now has to be replace for $188.

There was no discussion of cash on delivery when I called. Delivered on day was not scheduled. The delivery driver was polite and professional but the owner or manager is not. He was extremely rude to my husband especially about my husband not speaking English well. Then wanted to charge us $200 for taking it back to the store of origin after dropping it off at another store. Highly unprofessional, rude, and more than a little racist towards Spanish speaking Native Americans. Would not recommend!!!!

The movers were lazy, especially Charles and he kept complaining about how didn't feel well. Well why are you doing a job like that? They kept taking breaks and it came out of my pocket. But then sent the same 2 slackers back that had no regard for my things. Like just dropping my boxes. I use to love Jack Rabbit. But they hire anyone now. I will not use their service again because some of my new furniture was damaged.

Quoted me $135 to move furniture and assured me that it would not cost more. After delivery they up charged to $310 for moving a couch and recliner. Very shady business and I would not ever do business with them again.
