Do not let these people pack your belongings!! We have moved many times and this was by far our worst move. Many broken things and personal items just dumped into boxes. Large boxes with a pillow and tons of packing paper to fill the box, while picture frames were put into a box without packing at all. Tv stands are missing all the screws so we can't use any of our tvs, until we figure out what size screws to buy, not a fun process. The movers removed drawers from expensive dressers and now the tracks are ruined.

Worst customer service ever. Extremely rude when trying to coordinate schedules to allow for a timely delivery. September 10, 2021 Secured someone to be available during the "only" window they had available. They failed to deliver during that time. Was told that it would be delivered after 5 pm and I would get my merchandise as promised today. It's now 9 pm with absolutely no contact. If I could give zero stars I would. Do not use this company for any of your moving/transferring/storage needs.

I used Thomas Transfer and United to move from Wichita to Las Vegas recently. I have never moved cross-country before and my experience has been TERRIBLE. My salesperson, Brian started us off by misquoting our weight by ~2000 lbs. In our discussions about timing of delivery and pickup, I communicated my schedule and needs as my Fiancé and I were taking vacation time to both pack and unpack the house. We were told that on the load day the driver would be able to tell us the schedule.

Who would think a so-called reputable moviang van truck company would be first in line to cherry-pick through your possesions and steal precious highly valuable antiques like Wichita's Thomas Allied Moving?! Rather than first taking our belongings directly to the designated addeess, they went back to their business location without our knowledge to off-load and switch around possessions belonging to a different family they had initially contracted and loaded before us.

I paid for packing and moving and the movers were great. The packing was terrible. They packed things we asked them not to and they didn’t pack things we asked them to pack. We had to finish packing for them because they just said they were done and left. For a company who charges what they do they should have a better value instilled into their workers. I will not recommend this company again.

Items were disassembled by movers. Ended up destroyed once unloaded. Minimal reimbursement for damaged items. "Disassembled by owner" used as reasoning. I clearly watched them do it. Claims manager Barbara, very rude and unprofessional. Never did what she said she was going to do. Hung up on husband while trying to resolve claim. Don't use this company!

I am clearly an outlier among these reviews, and maybe I just had a bad crew. That said, my experience was thoroughly miserable. Late packers, late loaders, late deliverers, some breakage, impertinent remarks, and all-in-all, bad. Ended up getting some adjustment, but frankly not enough to calm me down. Never, ever, will I deal with them again.

Very unpleasant staff over the phone and no communication for 5 days after my shipment arrived at their facility. I called to arrange delivery and was scolded for it. She was mean. I also paid extra to have the package delivered "over the threshold". They left it in my driveway. It weighs almost 600lbs!! I wouldn't recommend.
