We've moved three times in the last two years and this was the worst experience - we had better luck finding a random crew of guys off Craigslist to unload a U-Haul. We were quoted for four guys for six hours. They showed up an hour late with only three (they did call me the morning of to say one guy called out sick).

I called and made an appointment then canceled hours after I made the appointment. The moving company would not refund my deposit. I can I understand if I waited a day to cancel but hours. I will never use this company just because they are not willing to work with you. Poor customer service.

They stole thousands of dollars in my furniture and belongings, and put it into a trash can i had to call the police and find out where my belongings are.Multiple thousands of dollars are missing my furniture , and she said they put it in to the city dump She has done this to several people.Apparently.If you look on facebook , she's facing multiple federal charges She also stole my clothes as well as all of my mail as well.So there's multiple federal charges against her.

Sure we can all say "good job" when things go as planned. But when they don't how does the company value you as their customer? Well, Titan Moving's owner doesn't. My move was very small. 1 bed, 1 sectional, 1 very light love seat, entertainment center and refrigerator. I was quoted $230.00. It took their guys from 1-6:15 to do the job ended up paying $455.00. My home was for sale and perfectly staged making the job easier. After the final walk through of my buyers.
Thank you for the review Cerissa. We are sorry that you had a water leak after you had your plumbing turned back on in your house. When we went to your home we turned off the valve for your ice maker and disconnected your refrigerator like we were supposed to.
BUYER BEWARE. I booked this company a month in advance. Moving day they changed my appointment from 1pm to 5pm. Then cancelled that and scheduled me for noon the next day. Then they cancelled that and told me 5pm the second day. Then cancelled that and wanted to schedule (for the 5th time in 2 days) at 9am day 3. I got the run around and excuses for 3 days in a row. Broke down equipment, a contract that took priority over my move, etc etc.
I am not sure what happened during this time but that is unacceptable. We would like to offer you a free 2hr move to say we are sorry for your experience. We are far better than that. Please accept our sincerest apologies.
We had a terrible experience! The guys were nice but incredibly slow! They wouldn’t take their truck down our narrow driveway because the guy was nervous (even though just the week before we had a delivery from a larger truck). They loaded things in our small U-Haul then took them to the end of the drive to load into their truck. They loaded the U-Haul like they were taking cross country, it took FOREVER! The 3,000 sq ft house move took over 15 hours to move and cost us a small fortune.
Ms Tanya we are sorry but we can not take our trucks off road and to get past that kink in your drive we would have had to. We operate standard 26ft box trucks and the box is 13 ft high. That is why we couldn't get past that large trunk/branch that impedes your driveway for vehicles this size.
I don't typically take the time to leave bad reviews. However, this was SO bad I know I needed to. I was not looking for the cheapest moving company and with Titan showing 4.8 reviews I thought I was in good to go to use them. I worked with Bryan to schedule to move my 85 year old mom from one senior residence to another. The job was quoted at 3 to 4 hours with 2 guys. It took 3 guys 5 hours. We were scheduled for Titan to arrive at noon on August 30, 2024. They arrived at 5:30 pm.
Thank you DJ, we understand that it was a long day. You were scheduled for an afternoon move which as discussed does not have a guaranteed start time as you are following a morning move and the start time is dependent upon completion of the move before you.
Hired theme for a move. Suppose to be at our house at 9 didn't get there until 9 40 They got lost I called twice to confirm the new receptionist got address wrong wat driver said. They broke a bran new messaging recliner that was $ 300.00. Young kids that just threw our stuff around like it was nothing no respect. There truck window broke out. Glass was all over my drive way gave them a broom and dust pan to pick it up. Glass was still all over my drive way. I got stuck picking it up didn't want a flat tire.
We understand as a business anyone can use Google reviews as an opportunity to leave positive or negative comments in order to rate what they feel was best or worst about their experience with a company.

Titan Moving moved my parents from KS to MN last week. I was there the day they packed and loaded everything at my parents' house, and when they unloaded at their new house 600 miles away. The crew - Tyler M, Justin B, Julian M, and Elijah S - were incredibly hard-working, professional, friendly, polite, thorough, strong, gentle and caring young men. They were responsive to all directions, and we haven't found a single broken item.
Thank you all so much for placing your trust in our team. We enjoyed the opportunity to serve your family and to bless you with our service. We hope that the move has been good for the entire family. We love you all!
This is the second time we have used Titan Moving. The first time my parents were moving to Arizona and used them to pack their PODS. This time we used them to move my mother in law from our home to a memory care facility in the area. The office staff was so easy to work with and so friendly and helpful. They were able to get us scheduled on the day we needed (short notice). On the moving day the movers Ryan & Jaydin showed up on time and were ready to work and get things moved.

Austin and Pyke were fantastic! Kind and efficient. They helped move my parents into Senior Living which is stressful in itself, but they made things run very smoothly and lifted some of that burden. I highly recommend Titan Moving! They made the move happen in a short amount of time for a fair price. So if you’re calling around to different moving companies, don’t waste your time just go with Titan!!

My wife and and I used Titan Moving Company on 9/11/2023. The company called me the morning of the move and verified my address and to let me know the movers had been dispatched and were on their way. Even though it was raining on the day of the move the movers did everything they could to keep our possession dry. They put down a moving blanket to reduce the amount of water they were walking into the house.
