We used him last year he did terrific. This year we used him again and he only had one guy with him took extremely longer than usual and had a set price with me and then forgot the day of I had reminded him he said it was okay, I even tipped them extra! He then was slow and did half ass putting the stuff back like hanging tvs and re building what he took down! He then “connected” the washer dryer hook up or so I thought and he didn’t he said he would come back and fix some of the issues in which he never did.
No that’s a lie your Mad because I didn’t go back and help you with hanging TVs with no payment I’m not your slave you can call for free I own a business so stop spending lies about me
We moved 6 hours away and if they couldn’t handle the job, then he shouldn’t have excepted it. He was extremely short staffed which we were working with. He had to change the time and day for delivery and pick up a couple times. And the more we unpack the more of our stuff we find trashed. We paid a bunch to have them move us and I’m regretting it so much. And we have a bench missing.
I’m sorry to hear that ma’am we did our best with handling your items but boxes you unpack you had me haul away but didn’t mention any of this to me or I would have gladly covered what was broke. You can contact me on my phone if you have any concerns. Thank you ma’am.

I have hired them twice and would definitely do it again if needed. Jacob communicates well and is very professional, confirms the appt time and date, arrives on time and got the job done in less time than was expected. All of my belongings were well taken care of and nothing was damaged. Overall, both experiences with this company were wonderful. I have zero complaints and will recommend them to friends and family.
It was very easy to schedule. Jacob and his crew showed up on time and we walked through everything. They worked quickly and took very good care of my things. They moved me from San Angelo to Dallas and made it as stress free as possible. I would highly recommend!
