In their own words
This company did thousands of dollars in damage and stole hundreds of dollars worth of items. I am disabled so I couldn't help much, but they sent only two guys (of which only one worked) and so it took until sometime after midnight (they started at 8 am). I'm not sure what time they left because I fell asleep. When I woke up, they had packed the apartment so poorly I couldn't get to the bathroom and the sofa was in the kitchen (among other complete chaos).
Absolutely rude movers. Blocking traffic then deliberately parking behind tenants and blocking access to their vehicles and when asked to move told to "get the hell away from me" Literally had to get law enforcement involved with their terrible service and attitude.
I found the two loaders/unloaders very friendly and attentive to requests. The movers arrived 90 minutes before the scheduled pickup time and ready to work. A few items were damaged in the process of moving like a chair and captain’s bed frame made by my late Grandpa. The bed had a broken drawer where the one of the dovetail joints is was pushed open and securing nails bent. All the remediation offered was one of the movers to try to hit the side with his hand back into place.
I moved from east St Paul to frogtown. I explained to the movers my power chair was a major concern. My chair got from point a to point b. When I got it back it had been messed with and has not been riding right ever since. I would not recommend this company to move my worst enemy. Do not use this company
Very unprofessional. Slow, disorganized, unfocused, and they damaged items. The person I was helping move even said the workers were talking about drug use (not cannabis) while on the job. I also think the owner was flirting with my client, …
They broke my dining table, Jay swore he will fix it!! He kept lying about coming to fix it. Later seen futon was scratched up. Never ever again!!! Would not recommend, don’t like liars!!
a lot of my stuff got broken. then the movers just dumped the boxes without the intent to move them inside the house. i lost something valuable too. never again!

In their own words
I had a move from a storage unit into my new apartment. The workers arrived on time and were ready to move my items. They were very professional and wrapped the furniture in blankets and plastic as to protect my belongings. Everything arrived into my new apartment in one piece. The workers unwrapped my furniture and set up my bed and arranged furniture as best they could, considering all the boxes they had to work around. The workers also hung my curtains.
Jays Movers were very professional and responsive. I called them the day before our move and they were still able to fit us in their schedule! Paul and Laquan were respectful, patient, and quick! 10/10 would recommend!!
Excellent service! Great price! They moved so much stuff to the third floor without an elevator!!!
Jay’s Moving Company was a very professional company. They arrived on time. The movers took care to protect my furniture with shrink wrap and pads when necessary. Jay was very friendly and reassured me my property would arrive in the same condition as it was before the move. When my furniture arrived it was just as Jay promised. The movers set up my beds and placed furniture where I asked. The movers even hung my curtains for me so I had privacy the first night I stayed in my new home.
