They rushed while moving my $800 dollar desk along with the mattress, and the desk was dropped hard and now has several cracks. I did not ask them to cover my loss; I only asked to have my tip returned. They were rushing and not paying attention to my furniture, and they do not deserve a tip. However, they refused to refund it. If you have high-value furniture, think twice before hiring them.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Amazing Moving Experience – Highly Recommend! I recently hired JG for my move, and they exceeded all my expectations! From the initial quote to the final box being unloaded, their team was professional, efficient, and incredibly careful with my belongings. They arrived on time, worked quickly, and handled everything with care—no damage to furniture or walls, and all fragile items arrived safely. What really impressed me was their positive attitude and hard work.
Jabari was great! I used him to pick up a heavy dresser I purchased on fb marketplace. I highly recommend using him based on his excellent communication, punctuality, and fair pricing. My new go to!
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely Outstanding Moving Experience! I cannot say enough wonderful things about JG Outstanding Movers in Garland! Three incredible men moved our entire four-bedroom home into a two-story house right behind us, and they went above and beyond from start to finish in the August heat. They were incredibly careful, thoughtful, professional, and hardworking. They treated our belongings with the same care they would have treated their own, and they handled the move with such patience and attention to detail.
Please, whatever you do, work with JG Outstanding Moving! They were incredibly helpful, made sure I was fully prepared, and took excellent care of me and my items. They packed my items beautifully and were friendly, warm, and welcoming throughout the entire process. What really stood out was their exceptional customer service. I forgot to purchase a lock and while the owner was picking up my U-Box, he texted me to ask if I had one. When I said no, he went ahead and purchased the lock for me!
