In their own words
For an honest, hardworking, professional moving outfit - deal with Jimbo's with confidence. Jimbo & Sons performed a Move-Unload and appliance hookups for a 3 BR cross country household move. Communication was great, they showed up on time and worked until the job was complete. They had the people, skills, and equipment to do all services we requested including unloading a completely full 28' Upack trailer, moving it into our house, putting all items where labeled or requested, assembling furniture, and connecting…
Al, Thank you so much for your comments. I'm glad we were able to assist you with your unload. I wish I could say you received preferential treatment ave received better service than any of our other customers; however, honestly that's the quality of service all of our customers receive.
When my wife and I moved, we used a nationwide container service. The company contracted out local moving companies to unload the containers. Jimbo & Sons Appliance Delivery was the local moving company they selected to unload our containers. They had to come to our house twice due to a mix up by the company, and I was extremely grateful to have their service both times. Each time, Jim and his sons were efficient, safe, thoughtful, respectful, and thorough. It is clear they have an unmatched work-ethic.
Tony, Thank you for taking the time to not only post a review but to give us such a thoughtful and glowing one at that. We are so appreciative of customers like your wife and you that trust us and acknowledge our professionalism and care we take with your property that you continue to use our…
Really appreciate them! They came all the way to Ringgold to bring my new Refrigerator in from the basement to kitchen when others said it would not fit ! They did a fantastic job bringing it in and setting it up. Reasonable price. Honest and reliable! Will definitely use them again. Thanks again!
Thank you Sheila, We love taking jobs that others say can't be done and then doing them with little to no difficulty. I'm happy we could finally get your new refrigerator inside and installed for you.
This was our second time using Jimbo and Sons for our moving. To say we were extremely happy would be an understatement. Brad and Dan absolutely went above and beyond our expectations. They were very timely, communicative, precise and careful, honest and genuinely nice men to work with. From beginning to end they exhibited the utmost professionalism and pride in their work. Moving to a third floor is never easy and this was an extremely hot day to move.
We appreciate the kind words, sir. It was our pleasure to work for you again and we are grateful for the thoughtfulness and concern you showed to the crew. Looking forward to the next time you request our assistance.
