I booked him way ahead of time. Two weeks before I called to confirm, the day of I call him to tell him about construction. He said I will be there late afternoon. NO CALL NO SHOW called him again 730 no answer had to get another mover last minute I have to put a star, but if I had my way, he gets zero stars Edit: The date was July 27, I spoke to you in the morning and you said you would be there in the late afternoon.
Can you please provide the date of this move and the contract. This would be very helpful Wendy . Id like to look into this. Thanks !
The worst experience ever. Very bad service. They only answered my text twice then all the rest they ignored when I was trying to get services from them. I will warn people, esp the people I know who want their stuff moved as well, I know a few but I will tell all of them DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE.

This was the easiest move I have ever done… only because Jimmy and his crew made the job look easy and did all the work. After they moved a full truck of furniture, housing items, up 2 flights of stairs, hot tub etc. I can say my low back feels good 😄. (All I did was point to where things go). This was the first time that we hired movers. We have moved six times in our marriage to different cities and around Windsor.
I cannot say enough good things about Rob, Phil and Lyle. I am a 60 year-old woman who had had no help, and these guys took such great care of me. It honestly was like I knew these guys my whole life. They wrapped every piece of furniture that I had and took extra care by putting runners down on the floor. I could go on and on about this crew but mostly what I wanna say is if there was a 10 star rating I’d give them a 10 star rating. I would recommend this company for all your moving needs.

Just recently we had a great pleasure of working with Jimmy and his crew. They were the only company which answered our call on a holiday and came to give us an estimate. Jimmy walked us through the moving process effortlessly and made everything look so easy. Highly professional but friendly. Great service in every aspect. We had a feeling family members move our belongings but waaaay better. Stress free move. Will work with Jimmy and his guys again!
