Randy came and serviced our piano, excellent job, very professional and courteous. Punctual and all the things you’d want and need. It’s Extremely EXCITING TO WATCH THE TUNING PROCESS. Would recommend all day long to everyone I know. Will be calling them back. Flawless in my honest opinion.

Awesome experience with Jim’s pianos, from purchase through to, and including delivery!! They are a great family business, and I highly recommend them! I first met with Randy who is very knowledgeable and wonderful to talk with! He helped me to find a replacement piano that fit my needs and worked within my budget, which is a big plus! I look forward to seeing Randy again when he comes to tune the piano.

They are great! I tried to get a piano at my house tuned and found out it was broken. They didn't even charge me for coming all the way out and looking at it. The guy gave me a few suggestions that was within my budget and I went in to the store the next day. They pointed me to a great(in-tune) piano and helped me find a monthly price that worked for me. They're kind, friendly, and knowledgeable. Overall great experience from the very beginning!
My husband and I visited Jim’s Pianos to look into purchasing a home piano for our children. This was a big purchase, and we did not know what to expect. We ended up having the most wonderful and seamless experience! Emilee was a phenomenal help from start to finish, and we couldn’t be more pleased.
