The rating breakdown
Google shows 17 ratings for this business. Below twenty, a percentage swings too far on a single review to mean anything, so we don’t publish one. None of them are one or two star.

Counts as published by Google in its star breakdown, not the reviews we have read. Google also publishes a review count, which does not always match this total. Each row is rounded on its own, so the shares need not add to exactly 100%.
What satisfied customers point to
The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

In their own words
We had a great experience with this moving company from start to finish. They were timely, efficient, and communicated clearly throughout the entire process. Pricing and expectations were explained upfront with no surprises, which we really appreciated. The crew worked quickly while still handling all of our belongings with care. They were professional, friendly, and easy to work with, which made a stressful moving day so much smoother.
JNJ Labor Force was very helpful on the phone setting up the moving service. The movers showed up on time ready to work. They were very respectful of my antique furniture and did an excellent job packing everything in the moving truck. I will definitely use their services in the future.
This company is amazing! A couple of guys, Kellen and sterling help us move from bend Oregon to Arizona..... IN THE SUMMER!!! It was 108 degrees and they still got it done very fast and best of all with great attitudes truly a great experience. I have had experiences in the past with other movers that quote one price and once they have all your stuff on the truck they change the price NOT these guys gave a quote and stuck to it... use them you won’t regret it...
I opened a salon recently and not only did I need a mover but somone who could do handy man work. Kellen and Sterling didn't disappoint, putting together equipment and hanging our mirrors and stations, he also did junk removal for me. Kellen was on time, professional and his customer service is on point, pricing is more than fair. Hands down would hire again! Thank you JNJ Labor Force
