I was able to leave my things here (worry free)while going on deployment. It was nice but you could go to ANY storage facility and get the same thing there. ***also any other storage facility allows you to get your things whenever. You also don’t need to fill out anything when moving your things.***I’m in the middle of moving and my movers came to move my things I lost my key for a moment talked to a woman named Mary and she told me “There’s there’s nothing I can do to help you.

Rude older white haired man. I've been a customer for about 7 or 8 years. I walked in today to drop some stuff off in my locker. I forgot where the entrance was and asked him. He looked at me and said "we don't know who you are". He didn't ask if I needed help, welcome me inside, or smile. He was rude and seemed to He having a bad day. That's no way to treat a longterm customer.

They are not organized at all. Sit there 4 hours to get unloaded. Fork lifts operators are running around like headless chickens. The manager just sits on his butt and let’s the crew do what ever.
You are leaving a review for the wrong place. This is a self-storage facility.
Tried to get rates and availability also see there units but doors were locked at 3:50 pm. Lady inside saw me but didn't open the store up. Going to their competition.
