Horrible service! They were booked for a PM move. They showed up 3-4 hours early without explanation, while we were in the final stages of packing our stuff. When I asked if they could come back later that day, they claimed we'd have to rebook for another day (not possible). The moving crew was entirely unprofessional. They kept ignoring our instructions as to what to move, leaving closets partly or completely filled without explanation.
I encourage everyone to not hire this company due to their lack of integrity and professionalism. The way my valuable items was nothing short of negligent, like it was tossed into a truck with no concern of it arriving to its destination in one piece. One year ago I hired Jones Moving to move my belongings from a storage unit to a moving truck. Unfortunately, I wasn’t there to observe how they packed the moving truck but I trusted Candice who is one of the owners of Jones moving.

DO NOT USE THEN FOR STORAGE. They stole a bunch of my stuff or lost it, now refuse to respond to me. When I finally got my stuff back after 10 years and after they dropped the boxes off I realized I had boxes that were not mine. Luckily I was a kind enough person to locate this person and mail their boxes back to them. I let Jones moving know and asked for my boxes back and now they just won’t respond. They may be good at moving but PLEASE do not use them for storage.

Don't use Jones Moving and Storage 11398 N Cave Creek Rd, Phoenix, AZ 85020 Through hustle and bustle and not reading fine print. Jones Moving men broke my antiques. She said that if a person packs their valuables and Jones Moving moved to storage, the Jones Moving take no responsibility for damage or broken items. My husband and i packaged everything double boxed any fragile items, and put everything in the middle of house and garage to make it easier for the movers.

Alisa, We are so sorry to hear about your table but, unfortunately trailers and rental trucks aren’t air ride . So the ride is very rough on furniture. Tables on the their legs is Standard way to load a trailer for base .

After receiving a flyer from this company, I checked them out on the BBB. They had an A1 accredited score. First contact with Candace was very professional. They were able to schedule us for our move. There has been communication letting us know that they were on schedule. Alex and his three man crew were very professional, attentive to our belongings, disassembled and reassembled our furniture.
Used them again to help me with my second local move in Scottsdale. They were amazing both times, super fast and kind people. I always feel safe with them moving my furniture and they help take the stress away from moving. I will be using them again in the future.
