I have to say that I’m extremely disappointed in Root Crews on my previous move. 2 broken pieces of furniture and massive scratches on my dining room table. Missing screws to a bed, which caused it to break and need repair. Overcharged for payment(which was refunded after about a week). Said my time started at a certain time - which was the same time I received the text they were 15 minutes away and actually took 20 minutes to arrive.
They took my deposit, failed to show up on scheduled day. Has refused to refund my deposit. Don’t recommend this company
Not True! This is False never have we ever did such a thing. We don’t even take deposits or upfront cost. It’s unfortunate you can’t please everyone. Thanks for your review. Always recommend we offer excellent service Valley wide!
THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER FOR A MOVING COMPANY!!!!! From what was a Noon to 2pm arrival time turned into a NIGHTMARE! They had no courtesy to at least call us that they were going to be late. Several phone calls later they finally return our phone call and give us every excuse why they weren't at our house. We were told they would be 30 to 45 minutes which turned into 3 hours later. Even with GPS they couldn't find our house and called 4 different times because they were lost! They were 1 BLOCK AWAY!!!!

Beware! Roots moving was supposed to be at our house between noon and 2 today. He called and said he would be there at 1:30. I called at 1:45 to check status. Did not receive a call until 2:30. He apologized, said he was running behind …

Darryl & his team were amazing!!!! They are clean, quick, and careful with all belongings, and made my move seamless. I have moved MANY times, and will certainly recommend them to all my friends and family. Punctual, happy, efficient! Thank you for relieving so much of the stress of moving, which is never "fun".
Wonderful movers ! Reliable with great communication. Can’t say enough about moving team that showed up. Professional, polite and went out of their way to accommodate where we wanted our items placed. Highly recommend.
Moving is one of the most stressful things you can do. 4 yrs ago I used Roots Movers and my move was so extremely unstressful that when I moved last week, the first person I called was Darrell. I rarely ever leave reviews, both good and bad, but I was compelled to leave one for this company. They are absolutely amazing. I was quite unprepared for this move with many items needing to be packed. Clothes unboxed. Food still in pantry. Darrell said no problem. I got you.
I used this company many years ago and was recently driven to come back here and leave a review for this honestly, fantastic company! I recall this service very well. For the sake of leaving a review: The distance was West Valley to East Valley, and the price was fair. My belongings were taken care of very well, and I have NO complaints and heard NO complaints. I remember Darryl because he was personable and very kind while he was moving my stuff up 3 flights of stairs. lol. Truly a great guy!
