To whom it may concern, on July 28th your company came to my house and moved my upstairs furniture downstairs, in the process my banister was damaged. It was not covered and a couch was dragged across it which gouged it and caused the paint to be torn off of it. ONE week before you came out to move my furniture I spent 1000 having my banister repainted. I was assured in the moment that your company would take care of it. That I wouldn’t be able to tell it happened.

They worked fast and efficiently, very kind and made us and our children feel really comfortable!we have a large house and VERY heavy furniture and they were able to handle all of it. Edit:Unfortunately they scratched the newly painted banister moving our furniture. When trying to find a resolution to fix it they were difficult to reach out to.

Our experience was not good with this moving company. Multiple items broken or damaged. We filed a claim with them due to large flat screen TV being ruined by being poorly packed, resulting in the TV falling off the load onto the freeway. They offered to pay 75.00 for a 4000.00 TV. Terrible service, never even received a phone call.

They broke my tv. One of the workers told me he was on parole. Another worker told me he was the owner and was on steroids that’s why he could lift so much. The real owner sent me to his insurance which hasn’t responded in over two weeks. Not the movers you want to use. Trust me.

Call this place to get a quote for a domestic move. Provide mileage of travel but the representative kept pressuring me to provide my home address. I didn’t feel I need to share my personal details before I committed. Horrible service and would not work with them in future
