Extremely Unprofessional Experience I had an awful experience with Prestige Moving. One of the movers used my personal bathroom, clogged the toilet, and then had the nerve to show a terrible attitude about it. That kind of behavior is completely disrespectful and unprofessional. If you value courtesy, respect, and professionalism in your home, I strongly suggest finding another moving company. This was an uncomfortable and disappointing experience from start to finish.
Hey Mario, We have a very strict rule about not using the client’s bathroom for #2. If it … More
Overpriced and missing items! I’m still looking for a few of my belongings after using Prestige Moving. For what they charged, I expected professional service, but the experience was disappointing. Would not recommend.

I called to get pricing information for a move, and the person I spoke with on the phone was extremely rude and unprofessional. They didn’t seem confident about the pricing details and were dismissive when I tried to ask questions. I was hoping for clear communication and courtesy, but unfortunately, that wasn’t my experience.
Hey Maddie, I am so sorry to hear that the communication was not clear in regards to the pricing and your quote. We get raving reviews about how transparent we are upfront versus most other companies, as well as how great our customer service skills are, so this review is very shocking to me.

Nick, Kap and Jordan were outstanding! They communicated when they would be arriving and immediately got busy moving my parents out of their home. Everything was wrapped with blankets and shrink wrap. Very efficient, polite and made the move so easy. I highly recommend Prestige Moving and especially the gentlemen on this crew.

Prestige Moving exceeded every expectation. From the very first call, their team was thorough, transparent, and genuinely focused on what we needed. No upselling, no pressure, just thoughtful guidance from people who understand how stressful and expensive moving can be. Our movers, Kap and Jordan, were amazing. They arrived on time, called ahead with an ETA (which I always appreciate), and got straight to work with a level of professionalism that immediately put us at ease.
