⭐☆☆☆☆ I would not recommend renting from this U-Haul location. My experience was frustrating from start to finish. When I picked up the truck, no employee came outside to do a walk-through with me or inspect the vehicle for existing damage. That alone was concerning. To make matters worse, the truck was absolutely filthy. The cargo area had sticky spilled milk, coffee, and other messes throughout the back. I couldn’t even load my belongings until I took the time to clean the truck myself.

I can not believe this does not allow for 0 stars! This has been the worse UHAUL experience to date! First they had my mileage so short i would have had to pay $1 /mile! The Uhaul trick had scratches i could not mark in the app and the rep kept telling me it was ok when clearly it was not. I did not get truly checked out until almost 5p and the system did not update! The truck is dirty sticky and just disgusting. It is a old raggedy truck that sounds like it is going to break down any minute!

Attempted to rent an outdoor parking space at this facility. Upon arrival was informed that they would need pictures of the trailer being stored and registration. I let them know. Hey, I have the old registration and the renewal receipt. But Arizona MVD is not exactly the quickest . Will not allow me to store a 2025 trailer there without registration pictures and getting approval from the Home office.

Moving can be rough but Nicole made it easy on us. She was helpful with getting our U-Haul checked out and helped us check it back in. Grateful they weren’t busy and had a truck for us as a walk in on a Saturday.
