This company stole shoes and other of my personal items from the move I hired them for and they have a lack of accountability. Was told by one of the workers that they get no lunch breaks no benefits there boss don't care for there own …

The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

In their own words
Jones offers fair rates, honesty, and quality work. The guys were very pleasant and kept good communication from start to finish, we're time efficient, and handled all of my belongings with care. Jones also offers different insurance package options, for peace of mind and protection. From the first call to after the move was over, I was very pleased and impressed with this company!
We had Jones moving two times in the past month and both times they were excellent .Yesterday they moved my 95 year old mother to assisted living at the Village of Waterman Lake .Michael and his crew were respectful of my Mom and her life …
We had a small move of hand me down furniture. Some items were heavy, but the team did a fantastic job. They went right to work and double checked that they had the right items. Great service and I highly recommend this firm.
Best service I've ever had. The movers were professional and nice. Great care taken with my stuff, even helped set up things I couldn't.
