Communication is horrible between owner and movers! Also her reply is a lie. She should just own it. We only rescheduled one time and they didn’t get that right. We planned on paying but nothing was said due at time so we thought we would get billed, not that you would try to charge the young couple whose house it went to. You need to have a lot better communication and payment Arrangement details so we would know. You are also rude as all get out. Poor business management
Laura, I again apologize, as I did to your husband at the time, for showing up to move the piano on the 2nd date requested and scheduled. I'm sure it was an inconvenience to your household for us to come a week early, not to mention quite a surprise!

We had fantastic experience and can’t recommend them enough. What a professional group of people who handled our old upright with the utmost of care. We had a tricky spot to put the piano in, but they made it work without a hitch. Our piano sounds great and doesn’t even need to be tuned. The price was reasonable and they were prompt and efficient time wise, yet careful to not make any mistakes. So happy to have found them and will gladly use them again for our next move.

Top notch service from start to finish. We needed same day service and they where able to fit us in. Very reasonable pricing compared to others. We have an older piano and they took great care of it. I would highly recommend Jones Piano Services.
We had an excellent experience with this company. They moved a baby grand for us and were able to navigate it into our home and set it up with great care. They had lots of helpful tips on how to clean and maintain it as well. It is in like new condition and they handled it very skillfully and carefully. A very heavy musical instrument is not an easy thing to move, but these guys are pros and made short work of it. I would recommend them without hesitation.
