Absolutely terrible moving company! They left a mess on the carpets, damaged paint, and used the bathroom without permission and urinated on the floor. Movers used intimidation and changed the price after loading the truck. They refused to unload without more money, and tried to get the payment in cash. Use a different company!

The reason I'm giving VanGuard 2 stars is because of the crew Bauer brought. There was one worker who was rude to my mother for no reason- he had some serious attitude problems that stemmed only from himself. Bauer did not seem to know how to handle it so because of that there seemed to be some passive aggression with our move from this man.

Vanguard is a small moving company. The most horrible moving experience I have ever had among the past 5 moves to include local and overseas. I do not recommend. They are more expensive, claiming they are very experienced and take professional care of your valuables. Go with the other larger moving companies for a better rate. No supervisor on duty, although I moved on a weekday.

Make sure to read EVERY single line of the contract or Do NOT USE. Was quoted over the phone after three calls discussing all the items I had 2100. Ended up charging me 1,300 more because they wanted to make money. Do not use unless you want to get ripped off.

Tony, Rudy and Andres were so quick and so nice! They arrived at 10 am and finished everything just right now at 11:27! Not even a full 2 hours and I had so so many boxes and heavy items! Definitely will recommend them to anyone that needs moving done! Such a great team!!! Made the whole moving process go smooth and seamless!
