In their own words
Please choose another company for your moving services. I hired them and have broken, missing and stolen items. My move was on 3/9/23, I have called and emailed them with no response or resolution as of yet. I received an email response stating someone would look into my issues 7 days ago and haven't heard from anyone as of today. I hired 3 men by the hour and they took their time moving my items. Please look elsewhere for your moving services if you dont want to be stressed out and frustrated.
Don’t use this company! You will be sorry! I moved every 4 years in the military so I am sure I know about moving companies. They were by far the worst I ever experienced! They moved me across country and it was a horror story. I was ready to receive my items and for weeks they mislead me on the status of my shipment. They never returned my calls and inquiries. When they did show up they charged me additional monies because they determined they had to use shuttles.
Still waiting my goods and no response from Jordan. i could not able to get point of contact to get when can i get my items. I am very sad. after few weeks later. I got my Goods safely. only time delay. I am not sure. why.
Seemed professional in initial contact, except they would not provide an estimated time, saying someone would call the day before and arrange a time. Nope, they just called and left a message at 0730 to say they were on the way! I tried calling the number of the person that just called and no answer and voice mail not set up. Problem was I was in the shower at another location at that time and they arrived and no one was there because they failed in their promise to arrange a time the day before.
A family member used this company and had a horrible mess. Items were broken, torn and cut, mislabeled, and separated between boxes. Stay away from this company. No one they talked to cared and blamed it on the fact they were moving to a …
One of the worst experiences with any company ever. Explained that I was being price gouged by PODS and I was hoping to work with a friendly company. I said I really needed their guidance as I was young and pregnant and didn’t know anything …
Chris canas william and Eduardo were great They were quick efficient and put everything together for us when they moved us accross the country from Seattle to Virginia. There were broken desks and items …

In their own words
The movers were quick and efficient and knew their business. They wrapped every piece of furniture with furniture pads and taped them in place. They went above and beyond in their service. They were professional and polite. They also finished 2 hours early and saved me more than $300 from the estimate. I will gladly recommend Jordan River Moving to friends and family. Best moving experience in forty years! edit; Jordan River was so good 3 years ago, decided to go with them again when downsizing.
Thank you, Ray, for your wonderful review! We're so glad to hear that our team provided you with such efficient and professional service once again. Your recommendation means a lot to us, and we appreciate your continued trust in Jordan River Moving.
Had an absolutely fantastic experience with Jordan River, who helped me move from South Carolina to Oklahoma. Hunter and CJ in Columbia were perfect at organizing my move in SC, and Joseph and the Gibson Brothers were amazing at unloading my things in OK. From first assessments and quotes to the final placing of items, it was a smooth, positive experience. My things were delivered even quicker than anticipated, and they made it extremely easy to track everything. It was expensive, but 100000% worth the money.
Thank you, Christina, for your fantastic review! We're so glad to hear that you had a smooth and positive experience with our team, from Hunter and CJ's organization in South Carolina to Joseph and the Gibson Brothers' help in Oklahoma.
They just came to my house today and packed and loaded a 3 bedroom house with outdoor furniture. My family and I have moved cross country several times and this was the first movers to EVER pack and load the same day. They work fast, carefully, and efficiently. I’m highly impressed with their work ethics. Nothing was damaged, they took care of my valuable equipment, and were on time. Thank you for your work today!
Thank you, Laila, for your wonderful feedback! We're so glad to hear that our team made your move smooth and efficient. Your satisfaction means a lot to us, and we appreciate your kind words about their work ethic and care for your belongings.
Jordan River Movers were absolutely wonderful. They not only took great care of my stuff but were transparent, fair in their pricing, and extremely helpful throughout every step of the process. I highly highly recommend. I did a major cross country move and had concerns but everything with them was easy. I would recommend them over any other major van line. Great people and great service.
Thank you, Kayaneh, for your wonderful review! We're so glad to hear that you had a positive experience with us during your cross-country move. Your recommendation means a lot to us, and we're here to help anytime you need.
