We used Two Men and A Truck (Columbia) and will never use them again. We had 4 guys and 2 trucks. My husband, Allan Lorimer, requested their service in our move from Irmo to Chapin on April 9th. It started off with the driver not knowing how to pull the truck into our driveway running over and crushing all of the rocks around our landscaping and breaking limbs from the trees. My husband yelled at them to stop and they needed to back out and make a wider turn.

NOT THE SERVICE I EXPECTED...... On 6/11/2026 I reserved a move with Two Men and a Truck Moving Company - Just a little background - I used this company many years ago (2016) and they completely damaged my entire bedroom set - after many years I decided to give them another chance!! Fast - forward to the day of the move: I was extremely disappointed with my experience with Two Men and a Truck.

I hired them on August 26th to move a one bedroom apartment. Living Room Bedroom and small kitchen set. The movers were very friendly not professional movers. I moved into a brand new house. They had a hard time taking furniture upstairs and put hole on the stairwell and scruff up the walls. I was willing to overlook this because of the narrow opening. I gave each of them a $20 too. The move was $800 to move from Irmo to Lugoff which is a thirty minute ride.

One of the most unprofessional moving company locations iv'e ever dealt with in my life. I confirmed twice with management i needed movers with tools, for my dressers and bed set. Not only did 3 movers show up with no tools, but they started 45 minutes late standing around arguing over who was going to drive back to the work location and get the tools they forgot to bring. Eventually they asked me if i could ask my apartment complex maintenance crew for their tools so they could start. I can't make this up!

My experience with Two Men and A Truck involved 4 movers. The first 2 moved furniture out of the kitchen/living room and the other 2 moved it all back after my hardwood floors were refinished. The 2 that moved my things back, Chris and Brandon R. did a great job which was appreciated since the first 2 did $1215 damage to my refrigerator by putting dents in the door with the electronics and scratching the handles!

I hired the moving service to move my parents. They seemed very nice over the phone. During the move they broke down all the furniture and moved it. Once in the new location, the furniture was not put together, there was equipment that was dropped in the front yard and left there, they left the screws on the truck again because they didn’t put the furniture they took apart back together.
Hey Jevon, I'm very sorry that you feel this way and can understand your frustrations. We usually wouldn't misplace pieces needed to reassemble furniture. However, we were asked not to assemble the furniture, so the screws were accidentally left in our driver's pocket.
I purchased the most expensive insurance through Two Men and a Truck for my move because all my furniture was new. I had moved from an RV into an apartment & was waiting to become a licensed foster parent so not only was my stuff new, it had been barely used or not used at all because I hadn't yet received any kids and I was barely ever at home.
The office was great. The movers were on time, but they left to the new location without notice and missed one whole room. I didn't know they were leaving until I heard the truck drive off. Both my boyfriend and I were shocked that they just left. We went to the new house and found them waiting for us. I told them they didn't tell us they were leaving and apparently it was up to 30ish guy to do so. He didn’t. Fortunately my boyfriend has a pickup truck & I didn’t have a strict time frame to be out.

This was my first move using Two Men And A Truck; and it went perfectly! Kenji, Davis & Reese were communicative, professional, hard-working, and reliable. They packed my furniture with extreme care and took care of all my boxes. Everything was wrapped great, and they took their time so there was no damage. These guys got all my stuff moved and unloaded at the destination in a surprisingly quick and organized manner. All of my belongings were moved safely and efficiently.

Two Men and a Truck is hands down the way to move. This is my second time using them and I could not have had a better experience. The office staff was polite and got me set up efficiently but the real proof in the pudding was my moving team. Keith, Barkley and Darrius was the team that moved me and my kids and I'm still in awe of their services. They were professional and courteous, and they moved everything so efficiently and quickly.

My moving experience with Two Men and a truck was excellent! They sent 2 trucks and 3 men. Earl, Clinton and Andre. All three were so professional and so fast. Earl was the lead man working for this company for many years! And everyone was so polite and kind. Even though I had everything boxed, they wrapped my furniture and anything they felt needed extra protection. They were so careful not to scratch walls or furniture.

I was gifted a big heavy sofa and a recliner by a family member. None of us had the means or ability to lift or move these furnishings from their house to mine. We're all well into our 60s with various physical limitations. I decided to call Two Men and a Truck to see if they could help. The customer service rep I spoke with was very nice and helped me get a truck scheduled. Fast forward to today, Jonathan and Andre showed up at my family member's home to pick up the furnishings.
