We were charged almost double the amount of our quote and now I'm going through all my boxes finding broken items. They were in a hurry to get done so their time would be worth the money they charged. They crammed & rammed all my boxes . I …
Thank you for your feedback, Im sorry to hear about this. When we last talked, I thought you were very happy with our services and how we handled your items. I wish you had called me about any issues. We always do the absolute best for all our customers.
Worst moving experience ever. Movers were lazy and slow moving until the owner showed up. They were not careful with fragile items, I found multiple items broke and scratched in the weeks after moving. They damaged our dining room table, scratched the side and top of our bedroom armoire, and destroyed the three stainless steel refrigerator door panels. All in all we literally paid them to destroy and break our furniture.

In their own words
It is tough when a parent lives out of state and you need to move them to your own home. Christian Joy and Joy-Haul LLC took some of the stress away. The move was from Columbia City, IN to the Catskills in New York, about an 11-12 hour drive. Christian had great communication throughout the whole process, whether in person in Indiana or by phone when in New York. On the day of the move they arrived timely and quickly loaded up and were on their way.

Workers were on time, careful to pack everything and even helped put a few things in my car.
Both the owner (Christian) and his crew leader (Shannon) had fantastic communication. They did a careful job both loading the piano at the previous owner’s house and getting it into our house. They double-checked that we were satisfied upon leaving and Christian called me a few days later to follow up with Shannon’s work. We will definitely have them in mind if we move anything big in the future.

Competent, responsive, reliable, and helpful are the words I would use to describe Christian and his moving company. Our church had a piano that needed to be moved safely to our home. Christian, Allen, and Michael got the job done! I appreciate how they respected my home, being careful with our wood stairs and the piano.
