I used this moving service back in December and they broke a BUNCH of my glass worth hundreds of dollars. The mover on site said that they would reimburse me for what they broke but following up on that has been IMPOSSIBLE! Not to mention I ordered two movers and they sent three people and expected me to pay extra. They worked hard but I’d say better safe than sorry with this company
This company is a disgrace to the AAPI community and drops the bar to the floor. Poor handling of the furniture Non-existent communication because the movers do not speak English Sloppily dressed and rude movers caused disturbance in the building If you care about your furniture at all, hire a professional company instead.

I wish there is zero star We booked service two weeks from moving date, and on the day of moving, they did not show up, no call, no email. When I tried to call them (the phone listed on their website), nobody answers PLEASE DO NOT USE THEM OR YOU WILL REGRET
I scheduled a 1pm appointment with them a week before the move. I even called them to make sure and they gladly promised to see me at 1pm. However, the night before the move, they called me up and told me that they just accepted another session in the morning and will only reach my place sometime between 1-4pm. But this will jeopardize my plan because I have scheduled a move-out inspection session with my property manager at 4pm (I had even applied for time off that day just for them).
No joy with this company just excuses. Used three times, don't know why ( my husband booked for moving my son from apts). Each time very late, broken trucks, you spend all day wondering where the hell they are. "So sorry these things happen"..not with professionals!!! Don't waste your time with this group you'll be sorry..

We had a wonderful experience with Joy Moving Company. The moving team was extremely professional, polite, and hardworking throughout the entire process. We ran into an unexpected issue with our large sofa. We moved into a townhouse where the living room is on the second floor, and the staircase turned out to be too narrow for the couch. Instead of forcing it and risking damage, the movers carefully explained the situation to my husband.
