I wish I could leave less than one star. These people are completely unprofessional. They failed to appear for a move that we agreed to... Didn't show up or call. Then they insulted me when I tried to get them to come over. Rafael was the one that insulted me and then told me good luck. He said I never gave him an address which is a lie. I gave the company an address on Saturday and they agreed to do the job Sunday at 1pm. My wife and I had to unload the truck in a rush to get the truck rental back in time.
Clear communication with our customers is very important to us. We explain everything over the phone at the time of booking and pricing policies. We didn't have a move booked with this customer, we have scheduled plane set up for that date
Dropped me like hot potato after providing quote and scheduling move date. I requested copy of current license and insurance policy, as I do with all movers. He said no one has ever asked him for that before and proof of insurance would be hard to get. Red flag #1. When he said he was owner of JTS Enterprises I asked his name. Hesitation.. like he couldn’t remember?Finally- Biscoito. Like cookie in Portuguese? Red flag #2.

I used these movers last year and was quoted $300 they did a quick efficient job. I am now moving again the same distance with the same amount of stuff so I called for a quote and they are quoting me $850 for the same exact move they did for $300 last year, I asked the reason and was told it’s “becuase they were running promotions last year”. This is disappointing because I would have used them multiple more times but this price change with no reasoning is a little ubsurd.
