This moving company is super unprofessional! I booked them through U-Haul with their prices that they set and I chose them for my move. The day of when they were supposed to come they pushed my reservation an hour back. I said fine and …
Punch line: Do not use this company, they often cancel on the day of (read the other reviews). I thought I was an edge case and I am not. I want this review to be focused on honest information so others can make the right decision to not book with them. They left my entire family hanging. Don’t let that be your family. What happened: I had been in contact with Calvin who said he was the business owner at least a week before the move to confirm details.
Do not hire this company from U-Haul, hired them for move today and they stated that talked to me from my daughter in laws phone which is a huge lie. They canceled last minute and we are stuck with no movers. Already contacted U-Haul for refund and recommend they remove them from their list. Also probably will contact BBB to report them also. DO NOT HIRE

I had an absolutely fantastic experience with Jumpstart Moving Company! From the very beginning, their team was communicative, transparent with pricing, and incredibly professional. On moving day, the crew showed up right on time and worked tirelessly to get everything loaded. They took such great care of my furniture and fragile boxes, wrapping everything securely to ensure nothing was damaged. Moving is usually so stressful, but the Jumpstart crew made it a completely seamless and stress-free process.
Calvin was great to work with on a big project we had in Wilkes Barre. His crew, (Dorian, Raheem, Antonio & Namirr) were great and kept me updated on everything. The move ended up being more work than we expected, and they made sure to stay until the job was done. We couldn't fit everything in our truck, and Calvin immediately helped schedule 2 more people the next morning to make sure we got the job complete with our second truck. Couldn't be more happier with their services.
Totally satisfied with this move. Both the movers were extremely efficient and professional. They worked constantly and even though the heat was very high they just kept going. Communication and confirmation of dates and arrival times was excellent. Would use them again in a heartbeat.
The best moving company I have had the chance to use. These guys went above and beyond the job even helped set things up I'm extremely satisfied and not only do I recommend them but I'm sure I'll be using them again in the future. Thanks Jumpstart I really appreciate it.
