I didn't have a good experience with them, because this July they made me pay for the entire month, and I only had my things until July 5th... 25 days paid for and the storage unit was empty. They refused to refund me for those 25 days the unit was going to be empty. I didn't think it was fair. I won't rent there again, and I don't plan to recommend them.

Bad manager. They raise your rent after you stay for a few months. I’ve rented at 2 other locations their managers will price match the website without any hassle, but this manager will not. She claims the rent online if just to get you to rent and they are supposed to raise it shortly after you’ve already moved in. Rent at another location or go to a Move It Self Storage. Their rates are lower anyway. Also, one gate doesn’t work and the outside access door also doesn’t work. They haven’t fixed it in two weeks.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Just A Closet is always staffed during open hours. Maria was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. She was friendly, professional, and took the time to answer all of my questions, making everything quick and easy. The facility is clean, well-maintained, and I felt confident storing my belongings here.
Great communication skills from Eliot, he has been very helpful, explained with detail all information and very knowledgeable. Storage was very clean and great space for my needs.
